Research Use Only

By purchasing from East Coast Compounds, the buyer confirms that they are a qualified researcher and that all products will be used solely for legitimate in-vitro research purposes.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old, that you are a qualified researcher or are affiliated with a research institution, and that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Products and Pricing
All prices listed on the Site are in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any product from our catalog at any time. Product descriptions and specifications are provided for research reference only and do not constitute medical advice, health claims, or recommendations for use.
Orders and Payment
We accept payment via Zelle, CashApp, and select payment processing partners. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. East Coast Compounds reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these Terms of Service.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
East Coast Compounds LLC (“East Coast Compounds “) offers an SMS messaging program (the “Program”) that provides order updates, shipping notifications, delivery confirmations, and promotional reminders to customers who opt in.
Consent and Opt-In
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on any form on our Site (registration, checkout, contact, or affiliate signup), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from East Coast Compounds LLC at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt in by completing a form on our website that includes the SMS consent checkbox.
Message Types and Frequency
Messages may include: order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, promotional offers, product announcements, and account reminders. Message frequency varies based on your activity and promotions. Typically, you may receive up to 10 messages per month, but frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. East Coast Compounds is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for sending or receiving text messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from the Program. Re-Subscribing

Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. East Coast Compounds is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control.
Supported Carriers
The Program is available on major U.S. carriers including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their affiliates. Carrier coverage may vary.
Privacy
Your phone number and opt-in data are handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is the property of East Coast Compounds LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
East Coast Compounds shall not be held liable for any misuse of products purchased from the Site. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of all products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In no event shall East Coast Compounds LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Governing Law
