We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unopened, undamaged products. Products must be in their original condition to qualify for a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following criteria:
- Product must be unopened and sealed in its original packaging
- Product must be in resalable condition
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to the nature of research materials and quality assurance requirements.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@eastcoastcompounds.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.
- Ship the product back following the provided instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eastcoastcompounds.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Quality Assurance & Replacements
We stand by the purity of our products. However, due to the sensitive nature of peptides, replacements for reconstituted products are subject to strict quality control verification:
- Reconstitution Media: Replacement requests are only honored if the researcher utilized Hospira brand bacteriostatic water. Use of other solutions voids this guarantee.
- Research Outcomes: We do not offer compensation or replacements based on subjective research results or experimental efficacy.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items past the 30-day return window
- Items not in their original packaging
